- Hello, my name is Chris Taylor and about a year ago, I had a near death experience when my life was saved. While driving I had a cardiac arrest and drove off the road into some woods. My heart stopped for a full 25 minutes, and during that time, 2 police officers and a midwife arrived on the scene and performed CPR for 30+ minutes until the paramedics arrived with a defibrillator. It took 3 jolts to get my heart beating again. The message I want to get over is if ever you are in a situation like this, make sure you do not stop the CPR exercise until paramedics arrive. There is a chance you may save somebody's life. I am a very lucky person to still be alive thanks to the heroic actions the officers and midwife who saved my life, and I want to pass my message on to as many people as possible. Thank you so much!
